Promotion Goal
With this promotion, the goal of the campaign was singularly focused: procure qualified golfers to play the course so that the membership sales director would have a pipeline of new member candidates to market to. The top line revenue generated was an added bonus.
Promotional Offer
We priced the Oak Ridge Single Player offer at an affordable and competitive rate for the market. Also, we consciously kept voucher redemption limitations to a minimum (“tee times based on availability”) because of our primary goal of getting avid golfers on property to experience the “private club” customer service and course conditions.
Promotion Success
The property—whose #1 goal with the promotion was to get new golfers to play their course—sold nearly 100 vouchers, ensuring that avid, targeted golfers experienced their golf course and private club amenities. Reception of the promotion was strong, with future promotions currently under consideration.
