To not only generate top line revenue off of the sale of vouchers, but to also establish a new customer base that could be marketed to in the future. Additionally, we wanted to take advantage of being able to market to both UnderPar’s always-expanding database of golf-crazed customers, as well as the SCGA membership—both of which are highly-targeted email databases.
Promotional Offer
Our most recent promotion featured Stay & Play options centered around the different size villas and bungalows we feature on property: one, two and three-bedroom. We wanted to give customers an option of purchasing an overnight for a single/couple, as well as for larger group excursions. All purchasers additionally were extended an apparel items discount in the golf shop, ensuring the ancillary revenue per guest was on-par with a standard, non-discount guest.
Promotion Success
Promotion Success: All of our promotions have been successes, and thus we add UnderPar Email Promotions and PriceLooper Member Benefit Program (SCGA) promotions to our yearly plan. Our most recent promotion exceeded our sales target and included 200 voucher purchasers hailing from over 200 miles from the resort.
